Terms of Service
Last updated: June 10, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Cardidol.
2. Sandbox nature of the service
Cardidol currently provides a simulation of a virtual card issuing platform. Cards, balances, transactions and other financial artifacts are mock data generated for UI and workflow testing only. No authorization, settlement or money movement occurs.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You represent that all information you provide is accurate.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to attempt to bypass security controls, to misrepresent the nature of the simulation to third parties, or to process real payment credentials obtained without authorization.
5. Real-money operations
If and when a licensed issuing partner is connected, additional terms (KYC, sanctions screening, issuer terms) will apply. You will be asked to accept those terms before any real-money functionality activates.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security, legal, or fraud risk.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as-is" and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardidol's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
