Refund Policy

1. Sandbox mode
While Cardidol operates in sandbox mode, no real funds are captured — "payments" shown in the UI are simulated. Any sandbox charge is therefore non-billable and automatically null.
2. Real subscriptions (once live)
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Pro-rated downgrades
Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the current period.
4. Disputes
Email billing@cardidol.com within 14 days of a charge you believe is incorrect. We review every request on a case-by-case basis.
5. Chargebacks
Accounts that file chargebacks rather than contacting support first may be suspended pending review.
